If you cancel your subscription, access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription.

3. Exceptions

In exceptional cases where there is an error in billing or an issue with the service that is directly caused by us, we may provide a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
